Mentoring Programme

The Student Mentoring Policy of ITM MBA aims to provide academic, professional, personal, and career-related guidance to students through a structured faculty mentoring system. The policy is designed to support holistic student development, improve academic performance, enhance employability, and promote emotional well-being in line with NAAC quality benchmarks.

This policy is applicable to:

  • All students enrolled in the MBA programme at ITM
  • All full-time and approved faculty members assigned as mentors
  • The mentoring system shall function throughout the duration of the MBA programme.

Objectives of the Mentoring Programme

The objectives of the Student Mentoring Programme are to:

  • Facilitate academic guidance and improve learning outcomes
  • Identify slow learners and provide remedial support
  • Guide students in career planning, internships, and placements
  • Provide emotional and motivational support
  • Promote discipline, ethical behaviour, and professional values
