Audacious is the flagship management fest of the Institute of Technology, Mayyil. Over the years, it has grown into a vibrant national-level event that attracts thousands of enthusiastic students across India. Designed and organized primarily by the MBA students themselves, Audacious stands as a powerful platform where young management aspirants showcase their talent, creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
The fest features a variety of competitions designed around different areas of management. Events such as HR Game, Marketing Game, and Finance Game, Best Manager Competition, Best Management Team, Treasure Hunt, Photography and Reel making challenge participants to apply their classroom learning to real-world business situations.
To recognize and reward excellence, winners and runners-up of various competitions receive attractive cash prizes, mementos, and certificates. These recognitions not only motivate participants but also add significant value to their academic and professional profiles.
Apart from the intellectual competitions, Audacious also celebrates the cultural spirit of campus life. The fest concludes with a spectacular Musical Night, which has become one of the most awaited segments of the event. In recent years, popular rappers and performers such as Fejo, Hanan Shah, and Vedan have energized the audience with electrifying performances, creating unforgettable memories for participants and visitors.
