Career counseling and facilitation is one of the key areas of students support at ITM. The track record in this area has been excellent and placement for all those who seek assistance has been the norms. The institute has a full fledged placement cell which support students in placement.

The campus recruitment is usually held at the campus of Institute of technology, Mayyil and is coordinated by the placement committee which compromises of students and faculty members.

Placement Brochures - With a view to introduce our students to the corporate world the Department releases placement brochure annually.
Organizing Campus / Off-campus Interviews for Placement of students.
Develop Job-specific skills for Interviews, Group Discussions, and Presentations.
Conducting specific pre-placement training programmes( mock interviews) for participants of on and off campus interviews.
