Faculty Profile

Sreedisha A. K joined the academic fraternity with a deep-rooted passion for teaching and research in the field of Management, particularly in Human Resource Management and Organizational Psychology. She began her teaching career at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, where she handled core MBA courses in Human Resource Management and Environmental Studies for BBA students. Her academic training includes a B.Com in Cooperation from SN College Kannur, an MBA with dual specializations in HRM and Marketing from Palayad Campus, Kannur University, and an M.Phil. in HRM from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kochi, where she secured the second rank. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, and has successfully completed all course requirements including her comprehensive viva and is expected to submit her Ph.D. thesis in the month of June 2025. She is also UGC-NET qualified in Management (December 2024).
A prolific presenter, Sreedisha has delivered 17 conference papers at both national and international platforms including IIM Nagpur, Presidency University Bangalore, and BMIM Kochi. She received the Best Paper Award at the BIZAD 2024 conference and was honoured with the Academic Excellence Award by Imagines Inks Publication. Her commitment to continuous learning is reflected in her participation in over 30 Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and workshops on research methodology, emotional intelligence, data analytics, and sustainable leadership, organized by leading institutions such as AICTE, SRMIST, and VIT. Beyond academics, Sreedisha is known for her enthusiastic participation in institutional development activities and is particularly skilled in NAAC documentation.
